Compline

Compline, or Nightsong, is chanted/sung on selected Thursdays at 8 p.m. at rotating locations around Ithaca.  It is usually streamed live on the “Compline from St. Luke Ithaca” Youtube channel and available to view whenever you need a moment of calm.  The ancient monastic order is the form, with portions of the service chanted simply and other portions sung to choral music.  

We will conclude this chapter of presenting Compline/Nightsong on Thursday, April 30 at Immaculate Conception Church.  Music will include William Harris's Faire is the Heaven, a Stopford Nunc Dimittis, and the Perkins Lord's Prayer.
