Pastor Rick Bair A graduate of Susquehanna University and of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, PB, as many call him, has served St Luke since 1988. He also serves as a University Chaplain and a Faculty Fellow at Cornell University and work on the Ithaca College campus.
